The full course is 10 hours long.

The full 10-hour course costs £350.
Where will the course take place?
Group Sessions
Group sessions are now available. Group sessions are ideal if you’re looking to learn hypnobirthing in a class setting, meeting other expectant parents and finding a community.
June 2024 group sessions will take place on these dates:

at 630-9pm at Wake House, Bourne PE10 9AE.
Free parking is available at the location. Refreshments will be available.

Face-to-Face Course
If you book a face-to-face course, we will meet at your home – this way you are in the most comfortable place.
I am based in Bourne, Lincolnshire; I also teach hypnobirthing in Stamford and The Deepings.
For areas outside an 8-mile radius, face-to-face courses are possible with additional travel costs. Please call to discuss if you’re outside my area.
Virtual Course
If you book the virtual hypnobirthing course, it will be held on Zoom – so you could be anywhere in the world. And, you can learn while still in your PJs (but I promise I won’t wear mine).
For face-to-face courses or virtual courses, the following days and times are available:
– 4 x 2.5-hour sessions (held once a week over four consecutive weeks)
Tuesdays:
10am-1230pm
Thursdays:
10am-1230pm or 630-9pm
Or:
– 2 x 5-hour sessions
Sundays 10am-330pm (including a half-hour break for lunch); held over two Sundays.

Book a phone call before you commit to the full course
If you want to know more about hypnobirthing and whether it’s right for you, book an hour’s phone call with me to discuss everything. We can talk about your pregnancy, your goals and desires for labour, and what you’ll learn on the course. An hour’s phone call costs £20; if you go on to book the full hypnobirthing course, that £20 will be deducted from the total course cost.
When during my pregnancy should I learn hypnobirthing?
You can take our hypnobirthing course at any time during your pregnancy. The earlier you study, the more time there is to practise the relaxation techniques – but it’s never too late. I have taught hypnobirthing to mums right at the end of their pregnancies – there is still a lot to benefit from, whatever stage you’re at.
I recommend studying your hypnobirthing course at around 30 weeks but this is just a guide.
What happens after the course?
I will be here to support you until your baby arrives – I am only ever a phone call away.

You’ll receive a copy of ‘The Hypnobirthing Book – Childbirth with Confidence and Calm’ by Katharine Graves.
You’ll receive a PDF copy of the parents’ notes to accompany the course.
