Hi, I’m Sophie Knight, DipHb(KGH)

I received my KGH Hypnobirthing Diploma in April 2023, and have been a hypnobirthing teacher since then.

I have further certificates in the following training:

• AEP (Antenatal Education Practitioner) from the Willow Tree School of Health
• Certificate in Aromatherapy for Birth Workers
• Certificate for a Perinatal Mental Health Masterclass with Antenatal Training Int.
• Certificate in Closing the Bones from Sophie Messager
• Certificate in the Art and Science of Postpartum Wrapping from Sophie Messager
• I am a Mental Health First Aider

I am mum to two children – Eli and Matilda – and learning about hypnobirthing was a fascinating and powerful part of both of my pregnancies. 

I am passionate about mental health – I am a trained Mental Health First Aider – and part of my love for hypnobirthing is the evidential positive impact on post-natal mental health. 

I empower women to make aligned and informed choices in accordance with their body and wishes.
