Pregnancy relaxation group classes
Relaxation during your pregnancy is vital if you want to stay calm and confident during your baby’s birth.
Join a pregnancy relaxation group class to find other expectant mums to share your experiences with, to make friends, and find support.
A group class not only teaches you important antenatal relaxation techniques, but also allows you the change to find your ‘village’. Meeting other mums at a similar stage of pregnancy will help you find a bond and create long-lasting friendships.

Pregnancy Relaxation sessions cost £20 for all four sessions (the course is being subsidised by a grant from the National Lottery Community Fund).
Private pregnancy relaxation sessions
My pregnancy relaxation sessions are available as private bookings, with flexible times to suit you. Your birth partner can also join these sessions. They are available at your own home, so you are as comfortable as possible – you can sit on your birth ball, lay on the sofa, or on a yoga mat, all in the comfort of your own home.
Your pregnancy relaxation course includes:
– Pregnancy relaxation techniques
– Antenatal information
– Breathing techniques
– Meditations
– Personalised pregnancy support and information tailored to you and your needs.
To book a full course of four hour-long sessions, the cost is £100.
